If your payment fails:
  1. Go to the Refund page.
  2. Upload your Refund File (auto-detected if stored locally).
  3. Enter your Bitcoin address for the refund.
  4. Select Initiate refund.
If you didn’t secure your refund file and the transaction failed, please contact us.
Because Geyser has no control over the funds you send at any time, you will not be able to receive a refund from Geyser if you did not secure your refund file.
