# Supporting an active Circular Grant

> How to support an approved Circular Grant and what contributors should expect.

You can contribute to an active **Circular Grant** only when Geyser has approved and published the campaign.

Circular Grants are controlled, all-or-nothing campaigns prepared with an approved Field Partner for a verified local beneficiary. They are not general self-service fundraisers.

## Before you contribute

Read the individual campaign page carefully. It states the beneficiary, funding goal, approved purpose, campaign deadline, available payment methods and any campaign-specific terms.

## What your contribution supports

When an approved campaign succeeds, the grant is directed to the verified beneficiary wallet for the stated purpose. The Field Partner supports the beneficiary locally but cannot redirect the payout.

A Circular Grant does not create a debt or financial claim against the beneficiary. If and when the recipient is able, they may voluntarily forward money into their community's Community Fund so it can support another entrepreneur.
