Launched by Praia Bitcoin Brasil in 2023, Bitcoinize set out to make Bitcoin truly usable as a peer-to-peer electronic cash system. Their flagship innovation, the Bitcoinize Point of Sale Machine, is a dedicated Bitcoin terminal with NFC, printer, and Android-based hardware that allows merchants to accept Lightning payments with ease.
