Creators do not automatically receive funds into an external wallet. You must configure your Prism wallet before withdrawing.
Step 1 - Configure Your Wallet
When you launch a project using Prism Payments, you must:
Set and save a wallet password
Store this password somewhere safe
This password is critical, as it encrypts the private key. If you lose your wallet password you will not be able to withdraw your funds, and Geyser cannot recover it for you. Treat it like a private key. Save it securely in a password manager or offline backup.
Ensure you store your password in a safe and secure location. Geyser does not store your password. If you lose your password you lose your ability to withdraw the funds.
You can also save the mnemonic words of the private key from their user profile.
Step 2 - Withdrawing Funds
Withdrawals are not automatic. You must manually withdraw funds from your project wallet.
You will be reminded to withdraw:
Via email notifications
On the My Projects page
Inside your Project Control Panel
To withdraw:
Go to your Project Control Panel
Select Withdraw
Choose your destination wallet
Confirm with your saved password

You will be requested your account password to withdraw your funds.
