Become an Ambassador

Ambassadors spread the word about valuable Bitcoin initiatives and get recognized for it

Last updated 6 months ago

The role

Ambassadors play an essential role: they spread the word about valuable Bitcoin initiatives. And they earn recognition on the leaderboards whenever someone contributes through their shared "hero link".

How does it work?

Every user has a Hero Link. When they share a project using their Hero Link, and others fund through this link the original sharer is made into an Ambassador on the project and global leaderboards. They get recognized for having enabled a transaction, cool isn't it!?

For example, If User A shares Project A using my hero link geyser.fund/project/project/hero=usera, and User B contributes 10,000 sats, then User A becomes an ambassador and get's placed on the project and global leaderboards as having enabled 10,000 sats!

Hero Card

All this information get's collected and showcased in your own Hero Card. Which is a bespoke card that summarizes your activity as a creator, contributor and ambassador.

Hero Cards showcase your actions that have helped push Bitcoin adoption further.

You can find them easily in your Profile page and in Profile dropdown.
